To install this Wizard:

- Open the File Readme.Doc using Word for Windows
  The Edgar to Word Wizard requires Word version 6.0 or higher
  The file readme.doc WAS copied to the 
  installation directory.  Default c:\edgar2w\

- Double-click on the button in the Installation 
  section of Readme.Doc.

- Select New from the File Menu in Word for Windows

- Choose the Edgar to Word Wizard
